Good Luck to our high school boys basketball team tonight in the IHSA Regional at Sparta. They will take on #10 state ranked Sparta in their home gym at 6:00. It will be a tall order to knock them off but these boys deserve some support in Sparta. They finished with 13 wins this year which is the most wins in a season in the last 10 years for the program. So if you have time tonight, make the drive to Sparta and support these boys, I am sure they would appreciate it!
Congratulations to our seniors from band, cheerleading and boys basketball. We had their recognition night at the boys basketball game vs Valmeyer. We recognized Albina Sadvakasova(band), Eric Negura-Damian(basketball) DeVaugn Ware(basketball), Connor Rawus(bowling), Kyran Sheeley(bowling) and Leonie Boucard(cheerleading). We also had our Jr. Greyhound 4th grade team scrimmage at 1/2 time and then had a great ending to the night with a 67-57 win over Valmeyer. This gave the boys a 13-17 overall record for the regular season with the most wins since 2015-16. Great job players and coaches!
Our high school boys will play on Monday night at Sparta against Sparta at 6:00. Good luck to our boys team in the Regional! The boys finished the regular season with a 13-17 overall record and 2-8 in the conference. The 13 regular season wins are the most since 2015-16. The team started to play pretty good basketball in the 2nd half of the season by beating teams that beat them by 20+ points before Christmas and playing more competitive basketball. Great job players and coaches and good luck next week against the #3 seed Sparta Bulldogs!

New Camera System lets you watch games live even when you can't make the game!
Updated on 02/23/2026|Chad Cruthis
We are excited to announce that we have a new camera system that has been installed in our high school gym so that anyone can watch a home game live on their computer, phone or tablet if they can't make it to the game. We have partnered with NFHS Network to make watching our indoor home games a reality and most high schools in Illinois have installed them in their gyms so you can even watch many away games. We will also broadcast our home junior high basketball games and some away games may be available from other schools.
To watch the games it costs $10.99/month or $69.99/year. To subscribe follow these instructions:
1. Visit: www.nfhsnetwork.com
2. Go to the search and search for Lebanon High School, Lebanon IL
3. Then click to purchase a subscription choice and follow your school
You will receive reminders about upcoming games for Lebanon that will be broadcast at home and away. You can also watch games that you missed that are kept for the season in the "
